Q&A with McGoo, Week 2

We are on the second week of treatment. Kelly is still in AZ while Heather and the kiddos are back in MT for the week. Although they planned to travel home on Friday 1/12, storms and intense weather canceled flights on Friday and the McGoo Crew was able to stay together throughout the weekend before the Mrs. and monkeys departed for home Monday 1/15. Thankfully Kelly’s dad, Larry has made his way to AZ to support, keep company, and provide any assistance Kelly might need while the Mrs. and kiddos are away.

1/16/23 STATS:

  • 7 full days engaged at the clinic

  • 7 full days of juice feasting (10 total planned this round)

  • 9 days of fully raw plant based consumption

  • 12 days in AZ

As the days pass, we gain greater confidence that we are in the right place pursuing the right kind of care for Kelly’s kidneys and non-Hodgkins lymphoma. We are thankful!

Knowing that hearing from “the horse’s mouth” is better than learning second hand, Mrs. McGoo put Mr. McGoo on the Q&A task while she is away. The questions asked pertain to his time at the clinic and surrounding his integrated comprehensive cancer care at An Oasis of Healing - what is he thinking and how is he feeling about the entire process so far? Enjoy.

Q1. What is something that has surprised you?

Q2. What has been hard so far?

Q3. What’s something you’ve learned so far?

Q4. What is something you’re looking forward to, or something you’re not looking forward that makes you nervous?
